Emma qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in January 2015, after completing her 3 years of training at Brinsbury College. Prior to this, Emma carried out a 2 year Animal Management National Diploma. Emma has just started studying towards a Nursing Certificate in Surgical Nursing.
Emma trained as a Veterinary Nurse at a veterinary practice in Farncombe before moving to Maltman Cosham Veterinary Clinic in October 2015.
When she is not at work, Emma loves travelling and socialising with friends. Before joining Maltman Cosham Emma travelled to South Africa with the Cocos Foundation to carry out charity work. Whilst there, she helped build houses for children and helping in the community, as well as a safari weekend.
Emma’s always had a love for animals ever since a young age, and has enjoyed over the years taking home orphaned kittens and puppies to be hand reared. Emma has recently moved into her first home and has a little hamster named Pierre. In July last year, Emma nursed back to health a guinea-pig that fell unwell after castration. After Emma's hardwork and dedication, Stewart now lives at home with Pierre causing havoc!
