Continuity of care

One of the biggest concerns for pet owners is wanting to be able to see the same vet when they visit the clinic. At Maltman Cosham we encourage continuty of care for our patients so we can provide the best possible care for you and your pets. If you would like to see a specific vet who has been taking care of your pet we will do everything we can to arrange this for you. We do encourage having two vets that you like to see so that if one of those vets is on holiday you have a second choice.

Our aim

Our team of Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Nurses and Receptionists work extremely hard to make every visit to Maltman Cosham Veterinary Clinic as easy as possible for you and your pet. We want both you and your pet to feel relaxed and welcome when you visit so please let us know if we can do anything to ensure this is the case for you and your pet.

Nursing and care staff

If you would like to speak to a Veterinary Nurse for advice you can call the practice. Equally if you would rather email you can do so by clicking here, if it is a particular nurse you would like to contact then please mark the email for their attention.

Contacting us out of hours

If you need a vet outside of normal opening hours then please call the clinic and follow the directions on the answerphone.
Emergencies outside of normal opening hours will be dealt with by the out of hours veterinary service at Seers Croft veterinary practice. They are the only practice locally to offer a dedicated night team seperate from their day staff with veterinary staff on site 24 hours a day.
Please note that out of hours, the vets do not have full access to the administrative software so if you are looking to book a routine appointment or pay a bill please call during normal opening hours.

Share your pet's story

If you have an entertaining or interesting story about you pet or just a funny photo then please email it to Hannah as we would love to share it on our Facebook page.
